NOT EVERY MAN LOVES TO DO THIS..sounds like you just have a pervert that has watched too many porn movies and he thinks that's the way he is supposed to do it.
I remember my first boyfriend..he learned how to have sex by watching porn movies, and he thought that was what he was supposed to be doing(being very gross), and I told him that I didn't like it and I was gonna break up with him if he kept doing gross shite!

its NOT about power thats a typical female attitude to men and thier sexuality if you had it ur way we would be expected to perform turn over and yes i think you would prob be happy with that. I think, and i dont think i am wrong some women may enjoy that, not all of course butsome. so its a little unfair to demonise this act. It can be part of a great heathy relationship and not just 'Dirt'
You might as well say oral sex is dirty, where will it end just kissing?

This is about one thing and one thing only, power.
Simply put, if you let a guy do this then it's almost like an animal marking his territory and your in a submissive position by letting him do it.
This why guys like girls to swallow too, it's about power.
However, i wouldn't get too hung up on it because think of the advantages, less chance of getting pregnant (and STD's if there was no penetration) and it's a lot easier to clean up!
In all relationships particulally sex, who is the most dominant person changes constantly and that's a good thing. Being dominant or submissive is a turn on, for some it is the ultimate and that's why they pay a fortune to get chained up and whipped.
Why not try and dominate him for a change? Guys like that too.

I thought that process was done in the adult movies for visual effects. I did not realize we men did that in real life. I mean my purpose for copulating is to make children so why would I "waste" it on the incorrect part of the body.
