It varies from day to day...you need a tide book for the area you 're in to determine when high tide is there. The tides also change twice a day, so there are actually 2 high tides in a 24 hour period, as well as 2 low tides.

It varies because there is period of 6 hrs and 13 minutes between high and low tide, then again from low to high tide.
So, if today Huigh tide was at noon, low tide would be at 6:13pm.
the following high at 12:26am low @ 6:39am then the next afternoon high tide will be at 12:52pm, almost a full hour later than the prvious afternoon's.

Depends on the day and where you live. There are almanacs that will tell you the tide times for your area. You might be able to find one online - I think the weatherchannel.com has them listed. You can put in your area code and find info on your area.
