I know, thats weird, whenever I see all these old movies and stuff, I'm like how do they handle it not knowing what color carrots are...or

That was only in the movies, and on any TV's that might have been around. Fortunately, we're more advanced technically now so we can enjoy things like HDTV and HD movies in beautiful full color.

yes, but only on the TV. The real life was much more colored than now.
