What exactly constitutes as sexual solicitation online? Like, how do you know when/if to contact authorities about someone you're talking to?

Look at it this way, if some one wants to meet you from the internet, don't. Wow! we just solved over half of the sex crimes in America. Amazing eh?

I don't know the legal defination but sexual communication of a personal matter has to qualify. If in doubt contact the authorities anyway. My guess is you will know what is ok and what is not.
