Questions are kept on here after they've been resolved so others can search them in the future, in the event they have a similar question.
Also, once you put something online, it's no longer your private thoughts. You, and everybody else you know, are skewed across cyberspace.
Punch in your username, email address, real name, or anything else personal to you into a search engine. You'll be surprised what comes up.

You can't but they don't know who you are anyway so they don't care, and that's why people say some of the things that they do because its anonymous. However look on the bright side, By looking at your old awnser areas and other peoples old awnser areas you can find where there is voting going on. Each vote is worth only one point but it can help.

I just checked your previous questions and can see why you would want to block them. It must be embarrassing being you!

You can't.
You do realise that you've now practically invited everyone to have a look at your previous questions and answers.

You can't - that's the point of this site. You don't have to ask a question again, you can see what answers have already been given.

Click on "My Q&A" up in the top right corner. If the question is still active you can delete it.
Are questions deleted after they are resolved?
Resolved questions are never deleted. Once a question becomes a Resolved Question, it stays in Yahoo! Answers, available for searching and browsing. You can continue to share what you know by evaluating the Best Answer.
If you are asking questions and you don't want your parents to know what you are asking, make up a new yahoo account and use it only for personal questions ;)
