I downloaded the up dates for Fire Fox. Now I can't open it so I have to use Explorer. I have a PC. I can't uninstall. Do you know what this? Did it happen to you?

it's a virus attached to firefox... i reformat my compurter because of firefox......... it happened to me..... and will never happen again!!!!

Mine works fine, I've had it for 6 months but never been notified of an update - did you get it from a fake site maybe? Firefox did not come with any viruses.

Sell old one,
And buy new one....
Download again....
If this don't work repeat it again.
