Abheek (above) has explained brilliantly.
Yes, Bangladesh has a future in cricket, but please do not expect consistently even average performance/result from this novice of the team among the goliaths.
The main factor apart from lack of discipline is lack of stamina. This may be attributed to the body structure and nutrition factor, like that of any developing country.
But again whoever thought that back in 1970s that the Sri Lankan could one day be a cricketing power by their own right!
I am optimist about Bangladeshi players, just bring them to earth and pamper them less. A few snobs are ruining the overall team performances.
Good Luck to Bangladesh!!

There the future cannot be bright unless thier county cricket has a solid platform.
Only after yrs of experince and searching and grooming are world class players created. Porper coachin and Help from ICC can help in chnaging the face of Bangladesh cricket

They have the guts to beat the top teams. Now, the have got one step up by defeating Zimbabwe and getting the number 9 spot which was earlier held by Zimbabwe. Some buddy cricketers are coming like big-hittung batsmen Mohammed Ashraful and Shahriar Nafees and powerful bowlers like Mashrafe Mortaza.

no one knows about the future. If Bangladesh can produce a handful of outstanding players it can certainly do well in the international cricket. I think it's possible.
