♥I'm just curious because I've gotten into the habit of giving a thumbs up to nearly every question I answer. Just a poll. Thank you.

90% of the questions I answer I give a thumbs up.

I never give thumbs up or down. There is no point in it that I can see. Most of the time it's just going to make someone mad and there is no point in that. So after I answer the question I move on to the next question.

well lately i've been giving a lotta them - maybe at least 3-5 a day - to answers not questions..
i usually give thumbs up to questions that i spot a bit late and have already got like 10-15 answers already - so in that case i just give it a thumbs up coz most probably someone would have said all the witty things i wouldve wanted to say..

I will give a thumbs up lots of times. What I wonder is did you ever go to vote on questions and seen one of yours and gave the vote to someone else instead of yourself because they had a better answer? I have done this and defeated the purpose of gaining points. Or did I defeat the purpose?

ok now i am confused you can not give your self a thumbs up can you I try to give decent questions thumbs ups and the same for answers if just stupid leave alone if racist or sexually vulgar thumbs down. I see a lot of thumbs downs on decent questions and answers it seems the trolls under the bridge are not happy unless they are messing with someone anyway I gave you a thumbs up as the question is sensible but I am lost

I give thumbs up to useful and pleasant questions and thumbs down for people who don't know, take a random guess or get it wrong.
