you dont need medicine.
here's a method my doctor told me a bout.
Take an old toothbrush and scrub the wart with soap everyday.
It works, seriously. It goes away in a couple of days.
I had a wart on my wrist since i was 4, and when i was 9, my doctor told me about it, and i tried it and it worked.

Is this sexually? If it is then.. As long as you dont tell anyone or follow through with anything. But just fantasize than no one can stop you. If u mean by something else maybe u should talk to ur mom.
