there is such a thing as the coldest part in a room.. the person who always feel warm should stay in that area.... and the person who is afraid of cold should stay in a warmer place inside the room...

and by the way the room should be cool... not warm or cold..

. the person who always feel cold maybe should wear a sweater to compensate to make everyone happy

Dive into the matter. A compromise in between all the temperatures. this way there will be a little heat and a little less heat and in the middle there will be an understanding
Those finding it is too cold wear a sweater or sweat shirt.
Those finding it is too hot wear a T . Soon everyone will be satisfied with the way things feel. There is always a middle ground. Find a medium place where everyone feels comfortable.

I hope that you all find that place where everyone is comfortable.
Putting on clothing is easier than taking more off.
Good Luck

As you're the recent tenant i'd be reluctant to contain the owner. attempt to get a jacket on your previous cat that can help keep the nice and cozy temperature in, and under no circumstances cost you extra funds and a lot less friction contained in the living house.

Buy the cold ones an electric blanket and/or a throw -
I have that same problem. I keep it cool and give everyone else a blanket

Keep it a bit cool - it's easier to put more clothes on to take off a chill, than it is to try and cool down if you're too hot.
