For some money is power. For others money is everything. Some people say money makes the world go round. I'm sure you've all heard that money is the root of all evil. They also say that money can't buy you happiness. The one thing that is true about money, when you die you can't take it with you!For me money is a means, not an end. It is a way to get the things I want and need, but it doesn't make me happy.

You wrote: "money is the root of all evil". Wrong statement. In the Bible, it is written "...THE LOVE OF MONEY is the root of all evil".
One with money may not be happy, but one without money is surely to lead a miserable life. How can one take care of his family and society if one does not has enough money? Without money, we can't give what is wanted by others and self. By using money to fulfil other people's want and need, esp those that I cared, I will feel happy. Perhaps, if you widen your context of "I" to "the people that I cared", then you'll feel happier with having money.
Or, maybe you are not having enough money. Get more money, buy more pleasant experience to other people and self. That way you'll definitely be more happy!

Obviously, there can be many answers to such a question. What are you looking for, exactly? An emotional viewpoint, or altruistic? I think a common answer would be: it starts at the root of want and need. We all want, need and so desire everything that makes life easier. Personally, I think money is a way of transferring the credit of labor from one source to another, reducing labor all together.
Do you understand what I mean by transfer of labor? I hope so. Money, to all, is simply a way of getting what we want. It doesn't even matter where it comes from, who made it or how you earned it. It's simply a source to credit of labor. It's only worth the face value.

Well, many ways to look at it. Without money you have or unable to do anything. Money does make things easier as you can pay your bills and if enough left over take trips. Happiness that depends upon the person. We all have different things that make us happy. For the elderly it means indpendence and away of life. You will get many different answers as it means differnt things to different people. Enjoy.

God made man, man made money, money made man mad!!!
money is good, atleast it helps us sovle some issues of life, it is to human what fuel is to a car,
But the craving for it, the love for it has made men evil and mad. The bible says that the love of money is the root of all evil. Many people today have been murdered for it, some have murdered for it and many crime would still go on for it. Money is not everything, God is everything to me.

Money is of two kinds internationally, that is, paper money and coins. From my view, I've treated money as official legal banknotes and coins with different purchasing powers in different countries. Therefore, wise people presumably are the masters of their money rather than its slaves whose accounts, I'm sorry, may be often in the red and thus they deserve financial troubles to come.

I wouldn't know! We struggle every day to make ends meet.Money NOW would mean relief and a sense of peace.I would like to be able to take a vacation(never have).I would love to OWN my own home .It is so hard to look forward to the future when things never change >I would love to live close to my daughter &grand-children,but can't afford to move.I wish my husband could retire and be able to enjoy what life has to offer,but he can't because of all my medical problems!! Money would be nice if you used it helping people like us SRRY got started & couldn't stop!!!
