Because sex and sexuality intrigue people. In fact anything that can generate mixed reactions captures the interest of people. Sex is no doubt at the top of conflicting ideas and is very scandalous. It is mainly its scandalous nature that generates a tremendous amount of interest in people.

I think because it has somehow been made to be what everybody is curious about. In a way for one person to answer a question about anothers sexuality is funny. Everybody's sexuality is their own and it will never be the same two times in a row. The answer is never written in stone, other then it is your thing and nobody has the right to violate your moral foundation on the subject. The most healty way to approach it is with your husband/wife and become to each other, in privacy, what is for you and you two alone. All the rest of it is fornication and cannot ever be the same as the real thing.

I guess it's because sex is a subject people generally don't discuss openly to the people around them out of embarrassment or shyness or because they don't want to share their sex-life with people they know, but they want to talk to someone about it and feel comfortable doing that anonymously on the internet.
