Unless your contract of employment provides you with the right to full pay whilst off (company sick pay) then they're only required to pay ssp.

Chec your contract of employment. This will tell you what your sick payments are. If you are not entitield to company sick pay they will only pay you SSP which is around £66 per week, Very doubtful they will pay you full pay if they normally would not as this could be seen as an addmission of guilt should you pursue a claim against them.

normally ssp should cover 24 hrs daily irrespective of whether u work or no work.so u should get pay from ur boss 4 injury or else u could sue him in court.it is better 4 u to look 4 a lawyer to help u.

Depends on the written terms and conditions of your contract of employment and also how long you have worked for this particular employer.

They should do if you were injured whilst at work - it shoud be full pay. If its in dispute that you injured yourself at work then they should pay SSP at least until the dispute is sorted and if proved to be the case they should pay you what you are owed xxx
