Mostly i found that you should feed as many as it can eat in 15 minutes... basically 4 to 6 plus other stuff too..see below..

Life Span :
Leopard Geckos are long-lived reptiles. Although they can live up to 30 years old, 20 years is more common. I haven't met anyone with one that old yet, but I keep an eye out for people that have older leopard geckos.

Crickets are a good base for you’re lizard’s diet. In general the animal being fed to you’re lizard should be on average a third (1/3) of the size of the lizards head. As much as the Leo will eat per day, every 2-3 days for adults. Juveniles should be fed daily.

Wax/Meal worm can be supplemented. Some Leos take small parts of fruit (my male Diego loves scrapings of pear). Baby food is good for gravid females.

I worked in a reptile lab and we had a really old female leopard gecko. I think she was about 19 or so.

The really amazing animal though was a common boa who is 27 years old. That is older than me!
