What do you want to do with the database? You can access any database, but you'll need a connection string, username, and password probably.
You cannot just access any database that's secured. You'll need a username and password.

First of all collect the data, and make a table to insert the data in the the table, then ask questions as a form of getting a query. I think that's about it. The Database is very easy to use.
