Not a complete meal but it makes a great soup base. You can also get free croutons to put in it from Wendy's.
Actually there was a story of a kid trapped in a car for several days that was in an accident. He survived by eating taco sauce packets until their car was discovered.

Not a meal but I will put them on some brocolli and just eat it like that, and sometimes just a snack if you are driving and hungry and that is all you have till your next stop it can kleep me going for a bit. I have done that a couple of times.

Maybe they are free, but you won't get any nourishment to sustain you either.
