Looks like they made engine cases back in the late 1990's. Found very little on them online, but an old link does give up some information.

Which is now a dead link. However, the owner of dwdesigns does still have the main page www.dwdesigns.net. He lists a contact email address of jason.douglass AT cablespeed.com (replace the AT with @, don't want to make it too easy for the spam crawlers to pull this email addres)

Never heard of them...The only two major companies that I know build Vtwins are S&S and Revtech...but maybe you mean Redneck Engineering. They build bikes and are known for the Buell Neck...it's a Buell that looks like a low profile chopper. I like their bikes...
