What is the call centre job, and what is the basic needs to become a master in this field.?

The job sometimes called Customer service Rep is one where you take calls from poeple of the compnay you work for. Sometimes these are mostly complaints and you have people yelling at you and being rude. You will never be rich in this feild, it is not a high paying carear. Being a "master" there is really no such thing in this field.

You can be good at what you do, if you don't mind hearing and listening to people "*****" at you all day.

A big ***, and, you must be able to take people yelling at you and hanging up. Sound good??
