Email BT through the help icon on your desktop, you get instant help from someone and you close the question when you are satisfied the answer has been met. Its a very good service, iv used it a couple of times.

you can get it through yahoo toolbar.
fist install yahoo toolbar.search for it using google.After in stalling it open your web bowser and in it you willl find a new toolbar.click the icon with yellow round and black checks.a list appears and you can download a free version of norton internet security 2006 with a validity period of two months.after that you cannot update and it prompts you to upgrade you subscription.i have done it personally but norton antivirus uses a lot of systen resources.you can use
avg free
avast etc.
As for your firewall you can get a free version of zone alarm or comodo personal firewall.comodo firewall costs$0.00.but you must have an email address to receive your activvation code. y

Hey there is no full version of Norton Antivirus and firewall which is free... U can buy it as it is only for ur security only ..
Also because now adays there are lot of viruses on the internet......

I'm with BT internet and I've just uninstalled it. I found that It slowed my comp down and It never found half the viruses and spyware that the free version of AVG has found.

log in to btyahoo home page at the bottom of the page is software down load it is on the right hand side clickcon it and it check your pc and offer software updates

go to your start/home page. top right corner is says 'more' click on it. at the bottom of the box it says software downloads. click on it. they will check your software out and tell you what you need. if you want other stuff just tick the box. i know the 'helpdesk' is totally useless. could you let me know if you are having problems dropping off line and low speeds. i have contacted bt numerous times and they just ignore me. i have threatened to send all my e-mails to watchdog. i wonder if they'll reply now.

Keep away from Norton for Gods sake.Use Avg for your anti-virus,and Zone-alarm for your firewall.Be warned,take heed,we are here to help.It will be all doom and gloom if you install Norton.

Go onto www.court.co.uk find a link for AVG, its a free antivirus with free updates and it is highly recommended!

go to www.bt.yahoo.com and on the home page click my services in the top right you will then see it at the top of the next page it is included with options 2,3,4 then just download it and install it and away yo go good luck
