Yes, I've been several times. I've been to Cairo twice, took a Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan, and have been diving many, many times (once from Hurgada, several times from Dar Es Alam, several times from Sharm El Sheik).
I enjoyed every stay, although Hurgada was a bit run down.

I was born and raised in Egypt. I live in the U.S now, but Egypt will always be home to me. Since I've moved to the U.S, I went back to Egypt 3 times, the last was just this past May. My brother got married there. It was amazing. Celebrations have a better meaning there!

yes, been twice, once to sharm 2 week after the bombs last year, ok went to cairo for the day ,visited citadel museum and pyramids great went to luxor this march for a week-fantastic-saw everything possible,stayed at the sofitel karnak hotel in luxor great hotel and food, cheesy entertainment, go back to egypt anytime, hope to go on a nile cruise next time.

Yes saw the pyramids, rode a horse from Cheops to Saggara pyramids,bought a fez, got to like hummous, and met up with 2 nice American girls in a Cairo hotel.
Nice time -good country

Oh yeah!! It was one of the greatest trips in my life. My bf (at that time, my husbund now!!) and I went to Cairo, Aswan, Luxor and Abu Simble. And they said if you drink the Nile River you'll have a chance to go back there again. We drank some and hope we're going back there again soon.
