Perhaps you should learn the first rule of business. Don't disclose your tactics over the net. If I wanted I could nick your idea and start up the business and then you wouldn't be able to use the name. I won't, but you should be aware that telling people your plans can lead to problems when you try to set it up. Sounds a pretty good idea in theory, unless the women of the houses or neighbours object to having tarts in the garden.

for the summer this would be a great idea, and it has a nice catchy name, but your workers will definitely complain about sun burns leaving you with no workers in the busiest time. but it's a hell of an idea
