Main Goals of the organisation. This should be in congruence with the mission/vision of the organisation, whatever it is. The vision /mission in turn will depend on the type of the organisation. For example if it is an academic institution then the vision would be presumably academic excellence ...for religious orgs. - it would be full spiritual development, etc.
