Just want to know what you would a 16 year old girl who likes rock music, already has an ipod & dock, phone, PS2 doesnt want any more gaming systems..

Try guitar karokee cds, she can learn to play her favorite rock songs! Cds... Try getting the new Chris Daughtry cd, he has a wonderful voice and is something new to rock music. If you can afford it, get hardware for her computer so she can record and play around with the music she plays.

She probably download her music, so may it is a good idea to open an account for her at iTunes and put credit on it for her to download the music she like herself legally. I think that is a quite original present.

look through her ipod...see what she has loaded in there already...then type in the name of that band into amazon.com's music section...click on one of the albums they list and you should see a section that says something like "customers who bought this also bought..." and just select from there...cross-check to make sure she doesn't have any of the one listed......simpiler way would be to ask to hear some of the stuff she listens to anyhow...then casually ask her who else she likes...but, this close to christmas, she may get the hint.....my mom pulled that kind of stuff on me all the time.......worse comes to worse, you can always buy her some guitar accessories...picks, kapo, strings...any number of things...
