Help with ideas for a dear friend for christmas that is fighting?

CLL--chronic lymphocytic leukemia, she is in her 50;s and is fighting with what strength she has left to beat this, I want to buy something special for her for this Christmas, I have not got alot of money, but would love some ideas, I fear this may be her last xmas thanks so much!
