we have got a Bosh vacuum cleaner quite light and it does the job just as good as a dyson and is less expensive and more friendly for a small lady. It also takes less room to store it too in a small house

,the vacuum cleaner should make a noise if its not working properly ,ring the Dyson hot-line and put the phone against the vacuum cleaner the operator should be able to fix the problem by hearing the sound it makes, clever aye
