I know shorts and thick black tights are really 'in' at the minute, but im wondering,is it okay to wear them together, or is this not the 'done' thing?

I personally don't like the shorts look, but I've seen a pic of Kate Moss wearing shorts and black tights together so I guess all the fashion sheep will follow suit.

Yes it is OK to wear them at the same time - providing the shorts are very short: ie showing most of the leg

yes of course in fact Im wearing some today- the tights dont have to be thick though you could wear opaque ones then it kind of give a tiny flash of skin and shows off your legs
I would have never worn anything like this but I love it, it makes me feel sexy and I get loads of compliments- go for it!!!

that seems superb. short with or without tights. If the shorts are short adequate...(in case you get my which potential). in the event that they're basically above the knee, no tights. yet whilst they're above the halway mark of your thigh, they could be taken care of basically like a denim skirt. in the event that they're black, colored tights or designed or trouble-free balck tights with black pomps seems incredibly lovable :) If denim, comparable applies... yet extra use of designs/types look superb. Denim shorts could be taken care of like denim skirt- can placed on cons/boots something with them. of path you could go bare legged too. the two will look large. :) All approximately what your mushy with. wish this enables.

It's definately fine, it's still a good look at the moment, so work it while you still can- it will soon be as passe as waistcoats *shudder*. also, try shorts with black leggings for a warmer style. Basically wear it however you like, as long as you feel good in it you'll look fine in it, wear with pride! xx

if you wear short dark shorts and coloured tights/leggins with flat pumps a baggy vest and a long chain you can pull it off and remember tights show up everything you hate on your legs!

yeh!!!!! definaltely wear them together!!! wearing tights with somekind of knitting detail on them is also really fgood with shorts and boots looks soo great :) go for it

lacy tights look sexy too on a night out and you dont feel too exposed
