go to your sis , say sorry to her and just hug him dearly and promise her not to hurt her anymore .

It depends what she's angry about. If you did something wrong, say that you're sorry and be genuine about it. If you don't think you did anything wrong, just tell her you're sorry that you two argued & that she's angry. Tell her you love her & that you want her to be in your life. This time of year it's more important than ever to spend time with family. Give her a peace offering. A nice card or a heartfelt letter to melt her heart.

If your sister got angry at you for NO fault of you, there is nothing you can do. If you had faulted apologise to her.
In such situations I have always practised one solution. We when try to talk to each other tempers run high and each sticks to her view. Best is to put on a piece of paper whar you want to say... your view point.... and tell her that you feel lousy that she is not talking to you. Break the ice between you. Warm to her responses.

Sing a nice song praising her in the background like the one we all see in Indian movies. Apply 'mehndi' on her feet while she is asleep. The next day she would forgive everything and come back to you crying with apologies. good luck.

if you are elder to her then ,simply go to her and take her to any barista coffee centre,DHOOM-2,or any adventurious place,journey.And if you are younger then expect to be paid at least a cadbury chocolate,or the above things.
