Delivery shortages, resulting in a mismatch of goods sent to my home and reimbursement, for which they require my Portuguese Bank details and that I see as insecure. My Letter written to that Stores Director on 11 Nov., remains unanswered. I do not speak Portuguese.

and send a letter to the editor, its all in English, so no problems.
