Yes.

Ryan Giggs is the most decorated footballer playing today but if we're talking major honours - League, FA Cup, League Cup, European Cup, Uefa Cup - then he's a fair few behind Phil who has 16. Alan Hansen also has 16 major honours but some people count the European Super Cup as well which puts Phil Neal out on his own.

Yes and as the Indian economy grows and kids can be rescued from sweatshops and go to school they will play more and devleop skills. I predict that, like Korea India, will devleop as a nation and sport will flourish. I expect to see an Indian in the Premier League within 10 years. Furthmore, if you have any Indian players good enough we would love to see them in England it would be a great boost to British Asians.

He would appear so however Giggs could be close, 8 or so league titles, a couple of FA Cups, a couple of league cups and two european titles.
