Besides the Rolex House, you can either get it from legitimate, authorised dealers like Hour Glass, Cortina, etc, or you can get them from those neighbourhood shops like in Bras Basah, Lucky Plaza, etc. Obviously, the price varies when you buy from Rolex directly, or authorised dealers or those small shops.
However, a word of caution if you wish to go for the cheaper option, ie you should be savvy enough to check for defects and imitation parts. There are reports where conning merchants remove the original internal parts of the watch and replace them with imitation. From the outside it seemed real, but inside its all fake.
