right i went round my mates house and his mum answerd the door and said he was in his room so i went up to see him and he didnt know i was there i went into his room and found him wearing a bikini with loas of bikinis and swimming costumes on his bed is there ne thing wrong with i'm not sure please help

Awk-ward! I don't think anything is wrong. He just likes to dress up in bikinis. There's lots of guys who like that stuff and it doesn't mean they are gay either, it's just something they like. Not that being gay is wrong either.
What is comes down to is do YOU think it's wrong? Hopefully you can be there for your friend. I'm sure it wasn't easy for him when he saw you seeing him that way.
I'd say just let it go and act like nothing happened. Let HIM bring it up when he is comfortable. This isn't the sort of thing you push, especially since he seemed to be doing it in private and didn't want anyone to know.
