You can sue anyone for any reason. That's what keeps the legal system such a high priced industry. Winning is another story. You should be able to consult an attorney for a free consultation but find one with a great sense of humor that matches yours.

Accepting payment as an employee and an employer providing work means that there is a contract between the 2 parties.
Unfortunately, because your job is committing an illegal act, it automatically makes the contract void....so no....you have no rights!
