Oh, poor you, been there, done that with my second pregnancy, and it was awful. I even had wild thoughts of not going ahead with the pregnancy, which was much wanted, as I felt so awful, and I didn't really feel like anyone understood.
No-one really knows why the amount of sickness varies from pregnancy to pregnancy (believe me, I did a LOT of reading on the subject at the time!). The important thing is to keep an eye on your health. If you're having trouble keeping fluids down, you could be developing hyperemesis gravidarum which needs medical help. If you find that you are losing, instead of gaining, weight, or if the amount of urine you produce becomes very small and dark, or if your breath smells like pear drops/nail varnish, these are all signs you need to speak to a midwife or GP a.s.a.p.
Here are some things which helped me - can't guarantee they'll help you, but you never know!
1) Contacting Blooming Awful, the hyperemesis support group. http://www.hyperemesis.org.uk/
2) Drinking small sips of liquid throughout the day - anything more than a sip caused me to vomit AGAIN.
3) Resting. Trying not to do anything non-essential.
4) Boosting my fluid intake by ensuring anything I did try and eat had lots of water in it, e.g. yoghurt, jelly, ice-lollies.
5) Eating anything I could face/keep down and not feeling too guilty about not eating a fantastic diet - the baby will be OK and steal all the nutrients it needs from you!
6) A book by Miriam Erick - it's available on amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Managing-Morning-Sickness-Survival-Pregnant/dp/0923521828/sr=8-2/qid=1164973251/ref=pd_ka_2/202-3667351-0194245?ie=UTF8&s=books

You poor thing, I'm 16 weeks and only this week the nausa and vomitting has only just stopped. I found that nothing helped with the nausa, but there are certain things that I found calmed it down a bit. I tried lemon sherberts and that was the only thing that worked for me. What I thought made me feel worse was vomitting on an empty stomach, so after vomitting I would eat a banana or an apple so that the next time I was sick I had something to actually throw up, rather than the nasty acid stuff. I really hope you find something that works for you though, and good luck x

There are other sacramental churches. Anglicans, Lutherans, and the Orthodox for sure. The numbers of sacraments can vary. Even Catholics have had differing numbers over the years (and before anyone freaks out, I leaned that at a Catholic seminary!). For example, Anglicans recognize two - Baptism, and Eucharist, as the ones instituted by Jesus. Basically, he said "do this." The others are seen as minor sacraments, so, not with quite the same standing. I have forgotten how many the Orthodox, and Eastern Catholics have. In my Sacraments class, we were 50:50, Catholics, and Anglicans, so, I never did hear. A sacrament is something special - "an outward and visible sign of an inward an invisible grace." Denominations who observe the sacraments think that something real happens in them, e.g., at Eucharist, you receive the Holy Spirit directly. Non-sacramental churches, which includes a lot (not all) of the Protestant ones think these things are symbolic only. So, they put less emphasis on them. But, for the sacramental denominations, these things are vital, because of the grace of God working physically in them.

I had morning sickness with my first child until I was 5 months pregnant and the 2nd child was all the way through the pregnancy. Peppermint tea helped me. Please do not take any medication for it, there are too many side effects. You could also try just bits of toast with a little bit of margarine or butter on it every time you feel a bit queasy. If you have the toast, eat it in little bites not big ones.

What worked for me was, even if I was already sick, eating a couple saltine crackers to settle my stomach. The sickness is usually due to an empty stomach. I had a lite snack before bed and a couple crackers in the morning and felt good and was ready for a meal.

Congratulations. Try Ginger, either as a supplement or tea (yuck!) or good old ginger snaps. Anything with ginger in it should help, it's very good for all types of sickness, including travel. Good Luck.
