I've never had 'the urge' to hurt anyone by running them down in my car. I'd much prefer all road users to be more aware of their surroundings and take a bit of responsibilty in traffic situations.
If someone is listening to their MP3 player or texting a friend with their mobile phone and they suddenly step into the road, the driver can be held responsible if the pedestrian is knocked down. That's unjust.
Of course, the driver must be held accountable if they plough into pedestrians who are using a proper crossing point.
Your question reeks of intolerance. That's what's wrong these days, no-one has any tolerance for anyone else.

I put this in the same catagory as having the overwhelminig urge to put the phone down on people mid sentence....hahahah! I do get that urge sometimes but would never act it out.
have put the phone down a few times tho and it is very satisfying..if on my mobile can blame it on the phone hehehe

are you insane, i was a pedestrian that got knocked down by a car as a kid and if anything, i think all drivers need to have five years of driving lessons and then five years of tests to make sure they can drive properly.
