if you break your bone and it sticks out of your skin does it have a smell to it? ive heard this from 2 people. J/W

Do you mean right after the break? because no it shouldn't have a smell or at least not an obvious one. However if it gets infected then it will smell. But if the bone is sticking out of the skin for a long enough period of time to get infected there are bigger issues.

A fresh open wound from a bone break wouldn't smell but if it were getting infected than YES.

Anything that has to do with flesh smells, it might not be offensive smell, but it has its own smells.
