ok people do not bring dc comics in to this ok but over all i think is batman but if you think i am wrong prove to me and i tell you why i think batman will win

Batman.
Superman is a boyscout and he wont do what is really necessary to get the job done. Look how he acted when Wonder Woman killed the guy that killed Blue Beetle.
Batman on the other hand is one dark s.o.b. He is willing to do anthing to get the job done, including shooting Big Blue with a kryptonite bullet
Supes wont look at the big picture. He wont kill because it is wrong
Batman will kill if somehow he thinks by killing a guy will save lives in the future

It is close but I would also say batman. Like someone else said I think that everybody knows that Superman can't stand kryptonite so batman could just bring along a little piece of kryptonite, show it to superman and wouldn't so much as to lift a finger. LOL

I'd say whoever initiated the fight would win because Batman could block out the sun (source of smans power) or use kryptonite while Superman cant be snuck up on and could kick batman *ss from far far away. Although why would they fight-can anybody come up with a reason? they're best buds I mean even if Batman did something bad to Superman he would forgive him and Superman would never do anything un-righteous at least not on purpose! Whats your resulution?

To all you people saying, "LOL BATMAN WUD JUST PULL OUT SOME KRYPTONITE LOL!" what the hell? If he went down and stayed down so easy because of kryptonite, why wouldn't Lex have taken him out for good yet?
Lex Luthor and Batman are either equal in intelligence or Lex is smarter. And since they're equal (or Lex is smarter), intelligence doesn't factor in. Therefore we're left with just power against power, strength against strength. Well we all know that Batman has no powers, and Superman does. So he wins.
Like the other fellow said, he could melt him from afar with his laser vision and leave "bat dust" everywhere. Haha! (It's only because he's not a killer he hasn't done this to Lex already... if Batman and Superman were out for blood, Superman could take him out from afar thusly.)

Superman in 2 seconds.
Batman is one of my favorite characters but I wouldn't put him up against Superman on his best day. Think about this...
Superman can move at near light speed. He could be sitting on a table drinking a cup of coffee. The fight starts.... Superman zips in the opposite direction and in the process lets the cup of coffee drop...
In 1/7th of a second, he has already hit Batman from behind before batman had a chance to blink. He hit him at 1/50th his strength and still broke every single bone in his body - nothing left to even identify the body.
Superman keeps moving, lands back on his table and grabs that cup of coffee before it moved two inches. He finishes it up and walks away.
That was just a little speed and strength. Superman could burn Batman to a crisp from 500 miles away with his laser vision. Blow the Suit and skin off his body with his breath. Pick up Mount Rushmore and slam it on his head. Take a straw and hurl it at batman at a 50x the speed of sound and drive it through his head.
Batman can walk around in a Kyrpton suit and if it doesn't give him cancer, Superman can launch a long-range attack a hundred different ways.
There is no where batman can hide - Superman can see everything. He can hear everything.
Superman is one of the most powerful characters ever created in the history of comics. Sometimes writers - in order to make the story interesting - make Superman behave like he has one brain cell. So he gets taken out by people like batman and others. In truth, Superman has one of the brightest minds in all of comics. A speed reader, photographic memory, works with technology that is light-years ahead of anything on earth.
Sorry to all the Batman fans, like I said, he's one of my favorites - but he's out of his league on this one.

I think Batman would win in a fight between him and Superman because Batman has these cool gadgets that he made by myself, whereas Superman can easily be weakened by kryptonite, as well as using his own internal powers.

you think batman will win, do to the fact that batman is smart and clever so he would bring kryptonite gloves to the fight.
But the reason i think superman will win is because he's got great and powerful heat vision that could disinegrate the batman from far away leaving bat dust everywhere

batman would kick the crap out of superman. i only say this because batman has a cool *** suit with a piece of kryptonite in it because he had to fight superman already(sorry couldnt resist)besides batmans hella cooler anyway. but you wanna throw spidy or wolverine into the mix now thats a fight i would pay to see!
