Barcelona. You don't need to speak Castillian (Spanish). All the natives speak Català (Catalan), which is in some ways closer to French ex : la porta (sing), les portes (pl). (the word for Eng 'door' and 'doors')

The night life is wonderful as well as the food and weather. (You can't say the same for London or Stockholm--although I've never been to the latter)

Stockholm is an awesome place (6 months out of the year at least)....wonderful city!! but winters are dreary, cold and slushy wet......to me the women are more approachable there too and most speak fairly decent english....it's like a small, big city.....did i mention the women?!! i love that place!

whereas in London it's massively big and the women are more reserved and/or smartass.....

dunno bout Spain.......

Depends why you want to go there and what you plan to do. Personally, I would prefer Barcelona. But I can't speak Spanish.
