In an art, like cooking, I believe there is always more to learn, to perfect and that everyone is a learner on some level. That's my opinion, of course. I am not nearly expert level, but I can survive without a microwave and daily trips to a restaurant. . . call me proficient.

Expert. Hee hee when I first moved in with my boyfriend my mom told me to lie and say I couldn't cook. The best advice I was ever given. This went on for a little over a year before I was caught.

Expert!... I learned how at around 11yrs or so.. My mother was ill in hospital and I was the one who helped out around the house...
Im now older married, and my husband and children love my cooking..

yes, I do. I would have to say more than proficient, but less than expert. I use to own a
restaurant,and catering business.
