Consider waxing every 4 to 6 weeks, in which you apply hot or cold wax to the area of unwanted hair. The hair becomes affixed to the wax and the wax is then pulled off the skin, taking the hair with it. Test a small area of your skin for an allergic reaction before using, and do not use wax on sunburned or irritated skin.
Think about electrolysis, a permanent hair removal method in which an electrical current is used to destroy the hair root. Several treatments may be required over a period of time, as each hair follicle must be destroyed individually.
Laser it. Hair removal by laser must be done by a licensed professional. It can be expensive and time-consuming, and it may not be permanent. It is best to discuss your situation with a professional. You can find one by looking in the yellow pages under "Hair Removing."
Tips:
You may wish to discuss hair removal options with your physician before proceeding.
Consider using a lotion containing alpha-hydroxy acid after any of the above treatments.
It exfoliates the skin, which helps to prevent ingrown hairs.
If all else fails, bleaching the hair is a safe and easy option.
Nearly all methods of hair removal cause some kind of discomfort or skin irritation.
Be sure to consider these before choosing one method over another.

I am sure you have tried waxing. But the best way to get rid of the hair is with laser treatments at a dermatologist. It is not inexpensive but it is pretty permanent and the results you can not beat.
Otherwise I would have a Fu Manchu situation on my face.
Also I know that their is a topical prescription cream that can be used. call a dermatologist.

bleach the hair on your forehead and cheeks, and for upper lip you will have to keep waxing. otherwise i recomend electrolysis. it is painful but permanent. if you are as sensetive as me then you can get some numbing cream, and if you can really tolerate the pain then you can even do your forehead and cheeks.
with electrolysis you need a VERY good and experienced beautician and i know one and will be happy to give you her number. if you want the number, add it in the detail of your question and i will somehow give it to you.
good luck.

to be perfectly honest the more you pull out or wax the more they will grow. as long as they are not really long why not try using jolen bleaching cream. it really stinks but does work. if long try trimmin with very small sharp scissors then bleach. whatever you do DO NOT SHAVE IT WITH A RAZOR. x

Best to go to a beautician who can remove it by threading (using cotton or silk strands) or maybe reccommend laser treatment for permanent removal.
