Like today? or should they be second class citizens for the next million years too?

Right to family life? I'm not sure that one is fundamental. This would imply a right to a mate. How do you enforce such a right? The right to quiet enjoyment of your life with your mate, certainly. That should be basic under "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." And that means adults, which means 18 under most circumstances, and SHOULD be consistently 18, in my opinion.

Debatable topic. We need to have a common cut off for everyone. I think the present age of 18 is just right. While different people will differ, we have to just take a call on this one.
