Take a cool shower, a warm one will put you to sleep. Any caffeine, tea, coke and eat some protein to keep your energy up. You shouldn't do this. It's bad for your brain and body and school is very important. Good luck.

2)Have a nice cold shower
3)jog or cycle in to school...

4)get some coffee or energy drinks on the way..

Do some jumps, skipping.. anything that will get your adrenaline pumping. Pinch yourself. Slap yourself. These burns.. but thats the point! Will wake you up good. Good luck! And study hard... :P

if you have berocca. drink it and plenty. Lots of water so your body is hydrated. And dont sit still go for a walk or exercise if you stop moving you will really stop moving
