Online I use:

www.ebuyer.co.uk
www.aria.co.uk
www.misco.com
www.wstore.co.uk

On the High Street you can go to:

PC World
Dixons
Currys

And there is always eBay as well :-)

I use www.newegg.com, www.tigerdirect.com, and www.zipzoomfly.com. These 3 sites are some of the best in selection and price. My favorite is newegg. These really don't help much if you don't live in the US or close to it. Most computer repair and parts stores should have these though. For places like like lighting and stickers and litttle customizations like that, check out www.frozencpu.com, performance-pc.com and xoxide.com

All wrong. You need to get your hands on keyboards and mice and see printers and monitors to know what you like. Good ol Best Buy.
