I don't know what it is yet, so I have some ideas for both. These are my favorites and now I'm stuck & can't narrow it down. I appreciate your opinions!

I think these are all great but I'm going to play with them a bit:
-Bryce Thomas Manning - Personally not too fond of Bryce
-Ethan Thomas Manning - I love this one
-Mark Thomas Manning Jr. - Jr. should be Husband's choice and if he likes Bryce better, I am guessing Jr. isn't top for him.
Noelle Anne and Skyler Lee - I like Noelle and Anne but not together and I prefer Skylar as a middle name so my suggestion for this would be Noelle Skylar
Katrina Rose Manning - Very cute, my favorite on the list, but have you ever heard Katarina? I think the extra "A" makes it flow better. It's my nieces name and I love it. She goes by Karli.
Ava Lee Manning - I like Ava, it is beautiful, but be prepared for there to be more than one in her class. It is the number 9 name in the US. http://www.ssa.gov/OACT/babynames/ I also Like Ava Noelle a bit better than Ava Lee.
Just my opinions but really, go with your gut on this. You will know it's right when Baby gets here.

Well here are the your options and there meanings, as much as I can find them:
A) BOY
Middle Name = Thomas = A Twin
Bryce = Speckled
Ethan = Firm & Strong
Mark = War Like
B) GIRL
Noelle = Born on Christmas - Middle Name = Anne = Gracious, Merciful
Skyler = Scholar - Middle Name = Lee = diminutive version of names starting with Le
Katrina = Pure – Middle Name = Rose = Rose
Ava = Like a bird – Middle Name = Lee = see above
Well my suggestion would be that if it’s a son then I would choose Ethan Thomas Manning and if it’s a girl then Katrina Rose Manning. As you can see the meanings above, Ethan will be good name for a boy as it resembles a strong natured person. On the flip side since girls are delicate persons of God who are basically good of heart (better than guys), Katrina Rose Manning is a beautiful name as it shows pure of heart and delicate as a rose.

If it's a boy I'd go with your husband's favorite, Bryce Thomas Manning and if a girl I'd say Ava Lee Manning. Lee is a great middle name! Or Katrina Rose also sounds pretty! Good luck, hope my opinion helps
