Lean into it instead of resisting it. Welcome the nervousness, observe it, pay attention to how it feels. There's no better way to make a negative emotional state persist than to resist it. Like the saying goes, what we resist persists. Conversely, there's no better way to make a negative emotional state go away than to embrace it. Good luck!

First of all, remember that the company is not just interviewing you to work for them... you are interviewing them to see whether THEY are suitable for your career, too. That should make you feel a little more equal and remember to ask questions of them to see if they are suitable for your career development.
Secondly, as long as your clothes are clean and your personal grooming is good, then you have no problems with your initial first impression. Carry a handkerchief to wipe your hand just prior to entering the interview room, so that your handshake is firm and dry.
Walk upright and smile, sit down and sit smartly. Put your hands on your lap. You now look composed and confident.
Before answering, think. Don't gabble your answer - fewer words make a better impression.
At the end of the interview, shake hands again and thank the interviewers for their time.
At all times maintain good eye contact.
If all the above sounds difficult, practise with a friend beforehand, try different questions and answers until it seems second nature. Interviews are never easy, but you get to feel more confident.
But most of all GOOD LUCK !!!! Do log on again and tell us how you got on.

Wow, GOOD LUCK!!!!
My mum does shiatsu and has shown me a pressure point I can use to combat nervousness. Hold out your left hand, now with your right hand thumb, firmly press into the muscle that joins your thumb onto your hand, about 2 inches up from your wrist.
When I get nervous, it goes straight to my stomach and I have used this and it does work for me. You can actually do it and people can't see what you are doing, it just looks like you are clasping your hands together.
(please don't do this if you are pregnant - I have no idea why, but I asked my mum to do it for a friend who was pregnant and my mum said she couldn't do that on pregnant ladies.)

Make sure you have done your research . Wear something that is smart but that you are comfortable in, if you feel good you will do good. Have breakfast - nothing worse than a rumbling tummy and it will help you to concentrate on the job in hand. Dont be afraid to ask for clarification of the task and ask for help if needed. Delegate some tasks if appropiate. Be proud that you are able to do the stressful job and be confident in your own ability. Good luck - sure you will do fine.

Good Luck. Just remember, you wouldn't be as far as you are, and have this big stressful job tomorrow ,if you weren't as good as you are. I send you positive energy. Try the 'Serenity Prayer' ( even if you're not religious, helps put things in perspective)
