Of course it's Aishwarya, she's very beautiful and exotic and perhaps natural, unlike Angelina Jolie who has plastic surgery. Natural beats fake beauty anytime. Also, Angelina Jolie is known as a homewrecker and adulteress, while there is no bad news on Aishwarya.
Even if both have natural beauty and no bad news, Aishwarya is still more beautiful because without makeup Angelina looks like a wreck plus her lips are too big and wrinkled, I don't think they are nice at all. And she looks too masculine which may be why she has this "lesbian" thing going on.
