Negative 5 because we still use the antiquated electorial college system, both major parties are corrupt and out of touch with mainstream America, too many perks for officials, too many laws that only lawyers understand, a flagernt disregard for the consitution, need I go on?

As for the federal governing body, lower, but the state and local governments are working hard to save as much as they can!
The Federal are directed by few, who remain anonymous, and the whole country is striving from war to war and from financial and economic games that aim to keep people down and never get up!
