why doesn't my augate remote work when it rains?It works perfectly well in dry weather.?

having the same trouble. Called the co. and they suggested we put a cover over the part that is outside. The way ours is installed we were thinking of putting it inside a bird house so it wouldn't look so stupid.

I would guess moisture. You could take it apart and clean it with alcohol and gauze and, air dry. See if that helps.
