I work in an office where we have an advent calender between us and we were wondering if it's bad luck to open the Saturday & Sunday doors on a Friday.

No, but you will feel better about yourself if you open saturday, sunday and monday doors on monday. Something to look forward to.

Don't think It is bad luck. Best not be any way as I opened every single door on my advent calendar last night because I was hungry and wanted all the chocolate because I had no food in my fridge!!

I got one with chocolate behind the doors.

It was good to have 25 pieces of chocolate this morning but I'm feeling a bit queasy now and I feel like I've spoilt the rest of the lead up to Christmas.

From experience I would say DON'T DO IT.

first I've heard about it anyway since when has it affected young children when left alone with the calender, cos we all know they look in advance don't they

I think it is, then thats my opinion!

If you open them before you wont have anything to look forward to opening in the future.
