i already try the VICHY Bi-white advanced intensive whitening product but still not effective

Freckles are small benign tumors that are harmless. there's no need to remove them from sight. If you have them naturally, then that's a unique thing about you.

The only way Oil of Olay will help you out with your situation is by preventing more freckles/brown spots from its SPF.
If the bleaching cream isnt working, either you're using it wrong or the product simply isnt effective and you should try another.
Finally, had to put my two cents in and say that freckles are cute, wholesome and youthful-looking. Before attempting to get rid of them, try to work WITH them and appreciate them.

Dear Jane! I'm a guy..I have to tell you that I think freckles are adorable. They show your youth, and when youre older you will kick yourself for having lost them. I bet you still blush too?

the kind they wave at the bull in the fighting ring and yell OLAY! they don't have any brown spots either...they're brown all over.
