i'm like that and i'm not pregnant. i think it depends on the kinds of foods you are eating. you need to eat filling foods. if you eat protein, it takes more to fill you up.

I ate a lot while I was pregnant I was seemed hungry and it wasn't like that before. Now I wonder why my son always wants to it. I know its tiring, but hey its just the baby. If you don't wanna eat don't eat unless you feel really hungry. Maybe try taking little naps after meals.

I felt an same way for the time of my first trimester. i change into starving each and every 30 minutes it looked. i do not save in thoughts it being so undesirable with my first being pregnant. Having a sucker or gum helped somewhat. i might want to be so hungry in the mornings that i might want to throw up each and every morning. i go for my 20 week ultrasound on Tuesday, yet i'm fairly constructive i'm no longer carrying twins. The starvation has died down plenty in recent weeks. i'm nonetheless hungry each and every 2-3 hours, yet that is viable. dangle in there and sturdy success. it really is going to get better ideal as time is going on.

I started feeling like that at 12 weeks. It sucks, because if I DON'T eat, I'll feel like I'm going to puke.
The best thing I have found that works for me is cheese, meat, and crackers (like Lunchables). It will keep you satisfied longer than if you just eat crackers alone, snack bars, or fruits. My OB suggested it (I have low blood sugar, too), and he was SOOO right.
The hunger still wakes me up in the middle of the night, though (hence the reason I'm awake right now, and have to be up at 5:30am).
Meat, cheese, and crackers. Stack em up.
I don't know if it will get better. I didn't have this with my first. I'm eating, though, whenever I get hungry, because I don't want to get my death with anemia, either. lol
Congrats on the pregnancy. I hope that this helped.

Just don't over do it. Eat smaller portions more frequently. Make sure you eat a balanced diet. Try snacking on apples or raw vegetables, or drink a glass of milk. Use common sense, and follow your Dr. suggestions about weight gain. I gained 24 pound with my second child and I gave birth in 3 hours. The first and last I had toxemia and gained 32 and 36 pounds. Both of them took 13 hours.

This is normal since your baby is growing and taking up space in your abdomen and it makes it harder for you to eat as much at one time, several small meals throughout the day work best. Good Luck and Congratulations!
